US Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Therapists, etc.) for US-based assignments.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), social media platforms, and internal databases to identify top talent.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and align them with client requirements.
• Coordinate candidate-client interviews, follow-ups, and offer roll-outs.
• Maintain active pipelines of healthcare professionals for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure all placements are compliant with client and regulatory standards.
• Accurately document all activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently in a

  night shift

  setup.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
