Job Title: Management Trainee HR & Recruitment Company: AV Global Advisory Services (HR Consultancy) Location: Chennai- Avadi Opportunity Full time (Work from Office Only) Experience- MBA Fresher / PG willing to start career in Recruitment Candidates who has completed internship in Recruitment are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and trackers regularly. Assist in salary negotiations and offer management. Support onboarding processes and post-offer follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Prepare reports and update daily recruitment dashboards. Desired Candidate Profile: Post Graduate in any discipline or MBA (HR preferred, but open to all). Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and in a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
