Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Identify and target potential markets for franchise expansion. Generate franchise leads through various channels and screen prospects to ensure alignment with the brands values and objectives. Sign new franchisees, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met. Ensure all documents are received from the Sub Licensees. Develop and present franchise business models and agreements to prospective franchisees. Meet monthly and annual MOU & Agreement signing targets. Support & Operations: Provide end-to-end support to new franchisees, from the initial agreement through to the opening of the club and beyond.
