Acquisition and Servicing: Identifying and acquiring new high-net-worth clients and managing existing relationships to deepen their engagement with the bank. Cross-Selling: Proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell various products and services, including retail liabilities, portfolio management, and HNI client handling. Financial Advisory: Providing financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth clients, helping them understand their financial goals and manage their wealth effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the bank's services. Target Achievement: Meeting assigned revenue targets and business targets related to client acquisition, relationship enhancement, and product penetration. Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring all documentation related to client accounts and transactions is accurate, certified, and compliant with bank policies and regulations. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, resolving queries and complaints efficiently, and ensuring timely communication.
