Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products, including term plans, ULIPs, etc., through IDFC First Banks Banca channel.
Identify potential customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Drive leads and business generation from the Banks customer base
Convert leads and inquiries from IDFC First Banks staff, customers, and leads generated from the banks network.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with IDFC Bank customers and prospects to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Provide end-to-end customer service, including solving queries, providing policy details, and managing renewals and claims assistance.
Conduct regular follow-ups to build trust and ensure continued business from the bank’s customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduation / MBA in any discipline
Work exp:
2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Life Insurance
Work related skills:

Strong Communication skills with the ability to conduct virtual meetings, presentations & webinars effectively
Ability to analyses customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products.
Good understanding of life insurance products, financial planning, and investment strategies.
Proficiencyin Login Process & Digital communication platforms.
