Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls to generate leads for personal loans, credit card sales, and banking services.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Proficiency in speaking Kannada, Telugu, Marathi languages (preferably).
Strong communication skills with ability to handle rejection and objections effectively.
Basic knowledge of financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, etc.
Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexibility for night shifts (if required).
