Work Location - Noida

Designation - Executive / Sen. Executive - TA

Eligibility - Healthcare recruitment or BPO recruitment can be considered

1 - Must have experience in Bulk hiring.

2 - Must have experience in sourcing

NOTE - Consultancy experience would not be considered.

Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria and sourcing potential candidates.
Planning interview and selection procedures.
Hosting or participating in career events.
Developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurturing relationships with potential hires.
Creating strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs.
Talent Acquisition Specialists are essential for ensuring that the company hires qualified professionals who fit both the job and company culture. They act as a liaison between potential candidates and the organization, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
