Title: B2C Sales Officer - General Trade

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven B2C Sales Officer to join our General Trade team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales in the general trade sector by building relationships with retailers, ensuring product availability, and meeting sales targets. This role involves direct sales, market analysis, and regular reporting to ensure business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement:

   Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling products to retail outlets.

• Retailer Relationship Management:

   Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure product visibility and availability.

• Market Expansion:

   Identify new retail outlets and opportunities to increase sales in the assigned area.

• Product Placement:

   Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked in stores, coordinating with retailers for optimal shelf space.

• Promotions & Merchandising:

   Support and execute in-store promotions, displays, and marketing campaigns to boost sales.

• Sales Reporting:

   Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Customer Support:

   Address retailer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or orders in a timely manner.

• Inventory Management:

   Work with retailers and distributors to ensure adequate product stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in general trade or FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of sales tracking tools and reporting systems.
