Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls to generate leads for real estate sales in Dubai.
Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to close deals and achieve targets.
Manage pressure situations effectively, handling objections and negotiating offers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales industry.
Fluent English language proficiency with good communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through outbound calling and cold calling techniques.
Minimum 12th qualified
Comfortable with six days ( Day shift )
