Job Description

Role & responsibilities

afe operations while meeting customer and business requirements. The Plant Head also plays a key role in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all plant operations to meet performance targets (production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Manage plant budgets and control costs.
Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.).
Coordinate with supply chain, quality, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Lead and develop plant staff through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
Maintain effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
Manage capital expenditures and improvement projects at the plant level.
