Job Description

Greetings we are looking for P2P Specialist in Bengaluru

P2P Executive - Salary upto 6-8lpa

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

Validate invoices against PO and GRN (3-way match).

Manage vendor queries, payments, and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax, and audit requirements.

Track open POs, monitor GR/IR accounts, and resolve discrepancies.

Support month-end closing related to AP and P2P cycle.

Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of AP, procurement cycle, and compliance frameworks.

Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Coupa).

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, VAT as applicable).

Proficiency in Excel and reporting.

Working Days -5(24/7 Rotational Shifts)

Salary upto 6LPA
