Role & responsibilities:

  • Day to Day operations, SL and Floor Operations management
  • Responsible for delivering project KPI's
  • Responsible for doing detailed RCA for site performance and action plan to overcome any hurdles
  • Organize team huddles and work towards keeping the team motivation at a higher level
  • Facilitate Administrative and operational need of the team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Experience as Operations Manager in Contact Center in Email/Chat/Phone.
  • Strong technical background with advanced computer skills/ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team handling skills & capabilities with Excellent written and verbal communication skills
