Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs based on identified learning needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Conduct orientation, induction, and skill matrix development for new joiners.
  • Manage end-to-end training activities from planning to evaluation using Learning Management Systems (LMS) like SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to design and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track performance improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in Training & Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Learning and Development principles, including TNA methodologies.
  • Proficiency in LMS administration and usage; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
