Roles: NRI RM/Relationship manager Location: Across Kerala ( Kochi/ Kochi /Kottayam/ Kozhikode/ Thrissur / Trivandrum-Sasthamangalam / Perinthalmanna Job Description: Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones. Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products such as Priority Banking, Preferred Banking, Premier Banking, Personal Banking, Wealth Management, HNI Sales & Portfolio Management. Develop strong understanding of customer needs through effective communication and relationship building. Meet sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
