Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle

  inbound customer support calls

  for domestic clients
• Resolve customer queries related to

  services, transactions, and basic account issue

• Provide accurate information with a customer-focused approach
• Maintain proper call quality, compliance, and documentation

Preferred candidates :

• Graduate (any stream) or Intermediate qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support / voice process
• Excellent communication skills in

  Hindi and English

• Comfortable with

  rotational shifts and week-offs

• Willing to work from Mindspace, HiTech City, Hyderabad
• Candidates within

  25 km radius

  (eligible for 1-way cab)
