Job Description

SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, or tiles to construct walls, partitions, arches, chimneys, and other masonry features.
Apply mortar or alternative bonding agents to secure masonry units with consistent, high-quality joints.
Ensure accurate alignment of structures using levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges for horizontal and vertical precision.
Prepare surfaces by measuring, marking layout lines, and setting reference points for construction.
Mix and prepare mortar, cement, or grout manually or using mechanical mixers according to specifications.
Cut, shape, and trim masonry materials using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and saws.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in masonry construction, repair, or related field
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and laying masonry materials
Ability to read blueprints, layout plans, and technical drawings
Strong understanding of mortar mixing, bonding techniques, and structural alignment
Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather and elevated positions
Valid ECR or ECNR passport (required for applicants)
Commitment to safety protocols and quality craftsmanship
