Responsibilities

• Lead and implement long-term procurement strategies focused on category-based strategic sourcing, contracting, and spend analytics
• Manage the full procure-to-pay process ensuring value and efficiency for all operating units
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Compliance, HR, IT, Legal, and others for seamless procurement operations
• Execute daily procurement operations and oversee strategic initiatives
• Develop measurable procurement plans and metrics to meet customer service, value, and cost-saving goals
• Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors
• Source materials, goods, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contracts and deals
• Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies as needed
• Monitor and report any faulty or inconsistent stock items
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and new business opportunities
• Update and maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, payments, and stock receipts
