Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, DG sets, and other infrastructure systems.
Ensure minimal downtime of warehouse operations by maintaining critical utilities.
Manage housekeeping, security, pest control, waste disposal, and pantry services.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are adhered to across all warehouse premises.
Identify, onboard, and manage local vendors for AMC, R&M, and soft services.
Ensure timely delivery of services, compliance, and cost control.
Monitor effective use of warehouse space, office areas, and common utilities.
Lead a team of technicians, housekeeping staff, and facility executives.
Coordinate with operations, HR, security, and finance for seamless facility functioning.
