Job Description

Job Title: Leads Management Executive (2-5 Years Experience)

Location:Bangalore

Department: Leads Management Team

Reports To: Senior Manager Leads Management

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated professional with 2–5 years of sales or inside sales experience to join our Leads Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Drive opportunity creation, nurturing, and conversion in line with revenue targets.
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Confidently handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead/opportunity information in CRM tools.
Track and report performance against KPIs, targets, and campaign outcomes.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices for lead management.

Required Skills & Competencies

2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, pre-sales, or lead management (B2B experience preferred).
Target-driven with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
Strong analytical skills to track campaign and revenue metrics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
