Hiring For International Voice Process Specialist (Rotational Shift)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to provide end-to-end recruitment support, primarily through international voice channels.

• International Voice Communication:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for US and other global clients, candidates, and internal recruitment teams, ensuring professional and articulate communication at all times.

• Cold Calling & Outreach:

  Execute high-volume

  cold calling

  to prospective candidates and clients to generate interest, pre-screen for specific roles, and source highly-qualified talent pools.

• Client Management & Support:

  Effectively

  manage expectations and relationships

  with US customers and clients, acting as a reliable liaison for recruitment updates, scheduling, and general support.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Conduct preliminary candidate screening, evaluate qualifications against job requirements, and pitch opportunities with enthusiasm and clarity.

• Administrative Support:

  Maintain meticulous records of all candidate and client interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and suggest ways to optimize the international recruitment support process for speed and quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for an assertive, highly articulate, and results-driven professional who meets the following criteria:

• Strong International Voice Process Experience:

  Proven experience in an

  International Voice Process

  or

  International Support

  role is essential.

• Communication Excellence:

  Excellent communication skills

• Articulation Skills:

  Good articulation skills

• Cold Calling Proficiency

• Client Focus

• Work Timings:

  Flexibility to work in

  Night Shifts

  (US time zones) is mandatory.
