Job Description

|| Hiring for International Technical Support Executive ||Immediate Joiners||

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
real-time technical support
for hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot and configure devices such as
printers, systems, and related software
Handle
inbound international customer calls
professionally
Identify customer needs and perform
up-selling and cross-selling
where applicable
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Any Graduate / Under Graduate
Experience:

Freshers welcome
Minimum
1+ year experience
in International Technical Support required for experienced roles

Strong
verbal and written communication skills
in English
Prior experience in
technical troubleshooting
is mandatory
Experience in
up-selling and cross-selling
is an added advantage

Salary Package:

Freshers:
3 LPA
Experienced Candidates:
3.5 LPA 4.5 LPA
