Our client's company is a very well-established retail business in the Cayman Islands with a rich history. They are now looking for an Information Technology Manager (IT Manager) to be based in their corporate office in Cayman Islands. Server Hardware & Virtualization: Hyper-converged infrastructure, HP DL Systems, VMware ESXi 8, vShpere clusters, HP rack mounted servers for CCTV; Server Operating Systems: Windows Server 2016, 2022, VMware ESXi 8; Server Applications: Windows infrastructure, Systems Center SCCM/SCOM, Citrix Metaframe, Microsoft RemoteApp, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Veeam Backup & Replication Suite, VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM), SQL Server, retail management, timekeeping and financial accounting applications, Geovision/Lorex NVR, endpoint protection; Storage: Hyper-converged all-flash virtual SANs, site-to-site replication to a warm DR collocation site; Network: Next-Gen Palo Alto firewall cluster, web filtering and logging, HP/Cisco switches, vLANs, LANs, wireless access points, and point-to-point wireless radios; Connectivity: Fiber and DSL connections, VPN, Mitel UC telephony, cell service administration; Workstations: Point-of-sale stations, desktop workstations, virtual sales POS systems running Windows 10 Pro; Networked Devices: Biometric timekeeping devices, Multi-function IP printers, Intermatic network light timer; Facilities Management: Fire alarm, security system, and HVAC and electrical vendor management; IP CCTV: Administration and support of GeoVision and Lorex CCTV systems; and Backup: Backup to disk, backup to tape, off-site storage and recovery, BCP/DR Preferred candidate profile Note: This is an onsite opportunity based in the Cayman Islands .
