JOB DECRIPTION: Designation: HR Recruiter Preferred: Male / Female Work type: Work from office Experience: Only Fresher can apply for this Role Salary - As per market standard Job Description To source and identify prospective candidates using a variety of job Portals. To Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc., Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. MBA with HR specialization is mandatory Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Should be a good Team Player / Decision Maker.. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Education and Experience: Post graduation in Human Resources is mandatory.
