HR Manager Recruitment & Compliance (TPA Company)

end-to-end recruitment

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Client Coordination

Manage complete recruitment cycle:
sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, and joining
.
Handle
bulk hiring
across various locations.
Build talent pipelines (freshers & experienced) based on client requirements.
Coordinate with client HR for interviews, updates, manpower planning, and weekly reporting.
Monitor candidate attendance, onboarding documents, and joining formalities.

2. Compliance Management

Ensure compliance adherence as per client and statutory norms.
Maintain proper documentation for audits, statutory requirements, and employee records.
Track and update compliance dashboards for client companies.

3. Operations & Reporting

Maintain and update MIS for recruitment progress, joining status, and compliance trackers.
Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management & client HR.
Manage employee queries, grievances, absenteeism, and disciplinary actions.

4. Team Handling

Lead and guide recruiters & field coordinators.
Ensure target achievement, SLA compliance, and timely delivery for client needs.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of
end-to-end recruitment processes

Good knowledge of
labour laws, compliance requirements
, and documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
, reporting, and MIS management.
Ability to manage field activities and travel as required.

Qualifications

Any Graduate
(Preference: Degree in HR / Management).
6 Months to 3 Years
experience in
TPA, staffing, manpower outsourcing, or compliance management
