About the Role:

MBA Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related needs
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management

    (2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
