- Sales of KBLs Small Pump Business products in assigned area.
- Conducting brand-building activities like Customer Visits, Health Check Up, Webinar/Seminar, Customer Meets to enhance KBL's brand image in the command area.
- Develop a customer base under dealers so that we can improve our reach and footprint in the market.
- Develop and nurture all existing KBL dealers to meet AOP targets.
- Add new Customers in the industrial clusters allotted, so that we cover all the white spaces in the geographical area for KBL.
- Move in the market along with dealer/s or sales team and visit customers. - - Also, meet all existing Customers on a routine basis, and explain them about existing and new products.
- Motivate dealers to visit customers to ensure that Dealers primary sales growth in KBL.
- Provide market feedback to ZM w.r.t. competition and seek support from the sector if required to compete in the market.
