Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Malumichampatti
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting to: [Managing Director ]
Age - 40- 50 years eligible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor working capital, banking transactions, and fund management.
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies and improve financial efficiency.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Support management in financial planning and strategic decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts, preferably in manufacturing sector or with banking exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and ERP/Tally.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary based on previous CTC and performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Malumichampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
