Job Description

NIIT is hiring for Event Coordinator position

Work Mode- Hybrid

Shift - US and UK

Working days- 5 days

Excellent communication in English required

Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution

Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events including webinars, conferences, tradeshows and customer engagement events.
Manage end-to-end event logistics: timelines, vendors, registrations, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to align events with business goals and messaging.
Support promotional campaigns across email, landing pages, and social media.
Maintain internal communications calendar for events and related activities.

Event Promotion & Engagement

Partner with content/design teams to create promotional assets for events.
Drive attendee engagement through pre-event communications, speaker spotlights, and live coverage.
Monitor event metrics (attendance, engagement, conversions) and prepare event reports.
Track event performance and apply insights to improve future events

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Event Management, Project Management or related field.
35 years of experience in event coordination (B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or L&D preferred).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience managing vendors, venues, and virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
