Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing professional is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital platforms while ensuring ROI, compliance, and brand consistency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

Track campaign performance, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates

Optimize campaigns based on data insights

Prepare dashboards, MIS, and performance reports.

Content & Social Media:

Coordinate content creation for social media, ads, websites, and landing pages

Manage social media calendars, posting, and engagement

Ensure brand tone, compliance, and messaging consistency.

SEO, Website & Digital Assets:

Support SEO optimization and website performance

Improve landing page conversions and user journeys

Coordinate with designers, developers, and vendors.

Compliance & Brand Governance:

Ensure ads and communication comply with industry, regulatory, and platform guidelines

Avoid misleading claims or non-compliant messaging (especially in finance)

Qualification & Experience:

Graduation in Marketing / Communications / Business

MBA / Digital Marketing certification preferred

2 to 8+ years of digital marketing experience

Preferred candidate profile

Create the Digital posters & videos of the company products & services & employment opportunities in the organisation. Capable to write blogs & articles & Q & A & other methods of search engine optimisation & web site design & development & maintenance. All other digital media solutions.

Able to figure out the target audience to shoot the advertisement & create leads funnel pipeline of enquiries.

Well versed with the google ads & YouTube channel & Facebook & linkedn & Instagram & twitter & other social media channels.

Financial budgeting of the campaign & measure the value creation of results estimated by the campaign.

English Kannada Hindi languages to speak write & read.

MS office / Zoho office / or any other office suite trained with experience
