1. Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, POS and inventory levels)
2. Assist with forecasting and inventory planning meetings with Sales and Supply Chain, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory. Establish effective and supportive working relationships with the key accounts, exhibiting exceptional communication, follow through and organizational skills
3. Collaboratively engage and facilitate meetings and engagements with the field sales, operations, finance, product and other functions to ensure we meet customer needs
4. Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management review
5. Provide various analyses of key customer data to support short and long term forecasting in collaboration with the Demand Planning Manager
6. Assume responsibility for the reporting of Forecast Accuracy and Bias to key business stakeholders with appropriate explanations for deviation
7. Updating the SAP MRP system & drive procurement requirement for both inhouse manufacturing and outsourced projections, capacity planning & allocation.
8. Drive & improve Key KPIs of OTIF, Fill rate, Forecast Accuracy, Mfg Adherence.
9. A minimum of 3 years of replenishment and forecasting experience in the consumer goods industry with overseas sourcing and/or long lead-time products
10. High to very high proficiency in Excel/Macros, PowerBI/SQL, etc.
