Job Description

providing color and product consultation to customers in-store and at their homes, coordinating painting projects, and driving sales of Asian Paints products and services

Customer Engagement:
Actively engaging with customers who visit the Ezycolour Kiosk or walk-in to the store, understanding their painting needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Color Consultation:
Offering color consultation and visualization services using tools like the Ezycolour Kiosk or booklet, and helping customers choose the right colors for their projects.
Site Evaluation and Measurement:
Conducting on-site evaluations and measurements for the "Paint Right" service, using tools like the Paint Right Evaluation Kit.
Product Recommendations:
Recommending suitable Asian Paints products based on customer needs and project requirements.
Project Coordination:
Coordinating and supervising painting projects, working with contractors appointed by Asian Paints, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
Identifying opportunities to upsell premium products or cross-sell related services, like the "Complete Painting Service".
Sales Target Achievement:
Working towards achieving sales targets for the assigned territory.
