We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile legal professional to serve as our sole in-house counsel, responsible for managing the company's entire legal function. This is a hands-on role that requires a pragmatic business partner capable of handling everything from routine contracts to complex transactional work and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will Handle Everything Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of real estate contracts, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements (commercial and residential), Financing Documents, Joint Venture Agreements, and Construction Contracts. Oversee and manage the entire closing process for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Conduct and manage due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
