Dear Candidate,
We are looking for candidates having experience of between 2-3years for Assistant Restaurant Manager, 2-3 years for ARM, preferably from QSR, IHM, or the dine-in industry.
To serve as the lead assistant to the ARM and provide additional management by the coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant.
Assists the restaurant general manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members; conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates, and trains.
