Role Title: AGM – Hospital Billing (RCM)

Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu (On-site)

Industry: US Medical Billing – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Experience Required: Minimum 17+ Years (5+ Years in Senior Manager Role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end

  Hospital Billing

  processes within the US RCM domain.
• Manage and guide a large team of billing professionals, including team leads and associates.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and payer-specific requirements in hospital billing.
• Implement best practices to improve billing accuracy, reduce denials, and optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as coding, collections, and AR follow-up for performance alignment.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and mentoring to team members for skill development and performance enhancement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Resolve complex billing issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  17 years

  of experience in

  US Medical Billing – RCM Industry

• Mandatory experience in Hospital Billing

  .
• Currently in or previously held a

  Senior Manager role for at least 5 years

  .
• Based in

  Chennai or Tamil Nadu

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
