Accounting Graduate Fresher - Contract to Hire Role

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Fresher to join our accounting team as a Contract to Hire role for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable / Receivable, Reconciliation, and other related tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist in report preparation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting queries and provide excellent customer service
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Requirements:

Graduate in B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent (2022/2023/2024 pass-outs)
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel preferred
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Note

Salary: Up to 20,000 CTC per month
Experience: 0 1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Employment Type: Contract to hire role for 12 months
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
