Educational Qualification and Skill Set:

• Full time MBA/PGDM with 60% or equivalent from a reputed educational institute is a must
• Applicant should have good academic background
• Proficiency in MS Office and English is a must
• Should have keen interest in academic research

Experience:

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and development of the course materials, outline & power point presentations
• Supporting the concerned faculty in planning & preparation of lesson plan
• Taking tutorials for the students
• Delivery of classes on newsroom, GDs etc.
• Quiz Preparation and conducting quiz
• Creation of assignment for continuous evaluation process
• Constant coordination with placement team for preparation of Company Profile, GD & Topics
• Evaluation of answer-scripts as per the requirement
• Grading of Online Assessment (Tabulation)
• Performing literature review, drafting reports and blog writing.
• Development of Research based Content for GBS Blog
• Invigilation in End-Semester, Mid-Semester & Re-test Examination
• Daily follow-up with faculty members for content upload
• Documentation and preparation of newsletter.

***Note: Sound understanding required of the overall management education system in the country. Candidates having know - how of NEP( National Education Policy) , OBE(Outcome Based Education) along with hands-on experience and understanding of AICTE compliance, NBA accreditation, NIRF ranking would be given preference.
