Quintes Global hiring Qualified Chartered Accountant for Financial Controller role !!

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
Record-to-Report (R2R)
processes, ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
Review and validate financial entries, reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end closing activities.
Prepare and analyse
financial statements
and reports.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across geographies for financial reporting and process improvements.
Lead and mentor a small team, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions to management and auditors.
Support
continuous improvement initiatives
, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Candidate Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA)
with
3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience
.
Strong technical knowledge in
accounting, compliance, and reporting
.
Industry experience in
Steel / Manufacturing sector
preferred.
Proven
team handling / people management
experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication skills fluent in
English (written and spoken)
.
Flexibility to work in late shifts.
