Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Udaipur for a Field Mobilizer. The Field Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging local communities and stakeholders to effectively implement skilling programs and training initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting promotional campaigns, identifying and connecting with potential candidates, and collaborating with training teams to ensure successful execution of programs. The role also involves tracking outreach activities, maintaining records, and ensuring the overall project aligns with organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders
Organizational and project coordination skills to manage program outreach and logistics
Knowledge of skilling programs, mobilization strategies, or fieldwork is a plus
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and basic data reporting tools
Flexibility to travel locally as required
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or a related field is preferred
