CRO & UX Manager

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan & execute a CRO roadmap for website, landing pages & mobile

A/B testing

🔹 Identify conversion drop-offs & improve user flow

design, product & growth teams

user testing, wireframing, and usability insights

website automation & retention strategies

🔹 Report performance metrics & experiment outcomes regularly

Must-Have Skills

CRO / Product Optimization experience (2–4 years)

E-commerce / D2C category experience

GA4, VWO, Hotjar, Figma (or similar)

conversion metrics & user psychology

high-performing UI/UX designs

✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Preferred Background

E-commerce companies or D2C brands
