Job Description

Designation

Roles and Responsibilities:

Travel to the customer's location for on-site verification.
Measure the land and building, including details such as the number of floors and rooms (if a building is available).
Capture site photographs with GPS location and a selfie with the customer on the site.
Record geo-locations of comparable properties.
Take photographs of the EB Board and bill.
Collect and document the four boundary information of the site.
Gather the market rate per square foot from various sources
Update all the gathered information's in the site inspector Application.

Preferred Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

Fluent in reading and writing the regional language ( Marathi ).
Diploma in Civil Engineer (Preferred) or B.E in Civil Engineer
Basic Civil Engineering Knowledge about Land and Flat
Proven experience in Land and Real Estate Property Portfolio
