  documentation
• Support continuous improvement of

  carbon auditing and verification methodologies

• Stay updated on evolving

  carbon accounting standards, registries, and sustainability frameworks

• 3–5+ years

  of experience in

  carbon project auditing, environmental auditing, or sustainability verification

• Strong familiarity with

  carbon credit methodologies, MRV frameworks, and registries

• Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and data-validation skills
• Ability to manage multiple audits under tight timelines
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a

  startup or fast-paced environment

• Experience working with

  globally distributed or remote teams

• Willingness to

  travel up to 50%

  as required
• Passion for climate innovation and measurable environmental impact

• CIA or

  Certified Carbon Auditing Professional

• Experience with

  carbon-removal or carbon-offset projects

• Familiarity with

  CDM, VCS, Gold Standard

  standards
• Knowledge of

  environmental impact assessments and sustainability metrics

• Certifications such as

  ISO 14064

• Multilingual proficiency
