Job Description

  • Execute outbound hardcore sales calls targeting US-based clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into customers through effective sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Build and nurture client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Manage sales activities independently while working remotely, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product knowledge to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of hardcore sales experience, preferably in the US market.
  • Must have a personal laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable working in US night shift hours.
