Job Description

Job Title: BDE / Inside Sales

Industry: Chemical Industry (B2B)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3-8 years in Chemical or Pharma industrySalary: 30K - 45K Take Home

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele Sales, Lead Generation & Business Development (B2B Sales)

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote chemical products.
Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and expand B2B sales with pharma, chemical, and industrial clients.
Share product details, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into orders.
Visit clients when required for business development and payment follow-ups.

2. Inside Sales & Order Coordination

Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Prepare and share quotations; follow up for confirmations.

3. Invoice & Payment Follow-ups

Follow up on invoices for timely payment collection.
Make follow-up calls and visit customers when necessary to collect overdue payments.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily call reports, enquiry logs, and sales updates.
Share weekly and monthly sales reports with management.

Skills & Requirements:

3-8 years of Tele Sales/Inside Sales experience (Chemical Or Pharma industry Mandatory).
Experience in B2B sales to pharma and chemical companies is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
