Key Responsibilities:

Presales Activities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to engage with prospective clients during the presales phase. Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Requirement Elicitation: Conduct initial discussions with clients to gather high-level business requirements. Use effective questioning techniques to uncover underlying needs and challenges.
• Solution Design Support: Assist in creating high-level solution proposals and presentations that address client requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with the proposed solution.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of proposals, including requirement documentation, scope definition, and estimated effort. Provide business insights and context to technical teams.
• Client Presentations: Participate in client presentations to articulate how the proposed solution aligns with the client's business goals and addresses their pain points.

Project Delivery:

• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed business and functional requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows that provide clear guidance for development teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Facilitate communication and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Validation: Review and validate proposed solutions against documented requirements to ensure that they meet client expectations and project objectives.
• Change Management: Anticipate and manage changes to requirements throughout the project, ensuring that scope changes are properly documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with clients to define UAT scenarios and test cases. Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure that feedback is incorporated into the final deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that the final solution meets the defined requirements and adheres to best practices.
