Hiring Business Analyst

"21 CFRDMI LLC, is now a Encora company is looking to hire Business Analyst for Bangalore location.

The Business Analyst will partner with product management and technical team. They would partner directly with the product owner in the US and interact with the business. Communication will be critical. Role is responsible for :

• Experience in Pharma and Clinical is going to be critical. If experienced with eCOA capabilities they would shine.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with the scrum master on story sizing and risk/impact analysis
• Participate in release planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review.
• Identify potential solutions for both technical and business needs
• Work closely with software engineers, QA, dev-ops to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Follows Lilly standard procedures and best practices.

Key skills:

• Highly developed organization and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understand Agile and software development life cycle
• Proven prior experience as a business analyst and delivering software products
• Ability to work with ambiguity
• Prior experience developing software for clinical trials such as EDC or eCOA is preferred

Prior experience with 21 CFR Part 11 regulated environment
