Experience- 2 to 10 yearsLocation - Pan IndiaSkills - Aspen eBRS Job summary: 1. Understanding of Batch Process2. Creation and Understanding of RPL's, BP's, Work orders & execution of phases3. Designing & Creation of different queries in MOC database4. Designing & Programming Aspen Production execution manager language & Block programming5. Knowledge of APRM6. How batches are created7. Apply advanced RPL sequencing to Basic Phases8. Build and run an Aspen Production Execution Manager Active Doc9. Examine Compliance Manager Security configuration10. Architecture of IP2111. Creation of new RDL's12. Debug SQL Plus Queries13. Work on Customized Definition14. Interface with 3rd party devices15. CIM-IO Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Resolve incidents and service requests2. Provide technical and functional expertise and guidance to the support analyst(s) to resolve incidents3. Analyze incidents/issues and identify root cause4. Implement fixes based on root cause analysis5. Document resolutions for known errors and update knowledge base6. Review Implementation of solutions for bug fixes / enhancements and ensure adherence to Sanofi technical and quality standards and guidelines7. Perform technical impact assessment due to changes (minor enhancements)8. Responsible for taking the transition for the assigned-set of applications, proactively highlighting issues and roadblocks in a timely manner to the Service Delivery Lead.9. Responsible for complete and timely transition of the new applications for the owned-domain-areas including development of complete transition documents and deliverables as agreed as part of the transition plan.10. Responsible for carrying out internal reviews of the artefacts (during Transition / execution) and onboarding technical team.11. Responsible for documenting the relevant SOP’s and identifying areas of improvements.12. Responsible for ensuring seamless playback session of the techno functional understanding of the system by the team during transition and execution generating sufficient confidence in stakeholders on team’s ability to quickly grasp and get productive quickly.13. Responsible for adherence to committed SLAs and KPIs while ensuring quality of deliverables and compliance.14. Proactively propose continuous service improvement ideas to improve and/or enhance the performance of the applications15. Execute continuous service improvement and automation initiatives as directed by the Service Delivery Lead.16. Reporting to Cognizant Service Delivery Lead on the overall service delivery performance of the assigned-set of applications.
