📌 Position

Accounts Payable Professional (Executive / Deputy Manager)

🎓 Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Location - Churchgate ( Mumbai)

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Accurate invoice booking and timely execution of payment runs through ERP systems
• Handling vendor queries, discrepancy resolution, and escalations
• Monitoring AP ageing and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies
• Supporting audits and month-end / year-end closing activities
• Senior profiles will additionally manage the AP team and drive process improvements

🛠️ Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (mandatory)
• Good understanding of compliance and controls
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Team handling experience for Deputy Manager level
