Bilingual Hindi-English Content Writer (Hindi Native, English C1)We are hiring a remote, India-based Hindi Content Writer who can produce high-quality Hindi content and operate fluently in English (minimum C1). This role focuses on creating SEO-optimized, culturally relevant content across product, marketing, knowledge-base and conversational channels for a fast-moving SaaS/Voice AI environment.Role & Responsibilities
- Produce clear, engaging Hindi copy for web pages, blogs, help centers, SMS/push scripts, IVR & chatbot dialogs, social posts and email campaigns while ensuring natural tone and cultural fit.
- Translate and transcreate English source content into Hindi—preserve intent, technical accuracy and user experience rather than literal translation.
- Write SEO-optimized content: perform keyword research, implement on-page best practices (titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text) and collaborate with SEO specialists to improve organic performance.
- Work with product, design, and CX teams to produce content briefs, style-guides, and scripted conversational flows that meet product and compliance requirements.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high linguistic quality; manage version control in CMS and ensure timely publishing of content iterations.
- Monitor content performance (engagement, CTR, search rankings) and iterate based on analytics and user feedback to boost relevance and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Native-level Hindi writing and grammar; professional spoken/written English at C1 level or above.
- 2+ years of professional content or copywriting experience with demonstrable Hindi portfolio (articles, guides, marketing copies or conversational scripts).
- Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization and familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs.
- Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress or equivalent) and basic HTML for meta tags and formatting.
- Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, conversational AI, or CX content; familiarity with IVR/chatbot scripting and tone adaptation for voice channels.
- Experience using analytics to drive content decisions and A/B testing copy variations.
