Provide first-level support for all

Assist HR teams in configuring and maintaining the

User Management
:

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions on the

Ensure that all new employees are successfully onboarded into the

system and have the correct access.

Training & Assistance

Provide guidance to employees and HR staff on how to use

Data Accuracy & Maintenance
