Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

  • Basic understanding of IT infra (O365, Infrastructure) and ITIL Fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of Windows Operating System, MS Office and Basic Networking concept
  • L1 Support (Basic network, troubleshooting, active directory, Vpn, dhcp)
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Learning Attitude
  • Comm Skills need to be excellent
  • Preferably passed out in BSC IT, BCA background from Delhi University
  • Basic IT Knowledge about computers, printers, mobile devices
